Recall me if I fail at National Assembly, says Chikwem Onuoha

The Labour Party candidate for Isiala Mbano/Onuimo/ Okigwe federal constituency of Imo state at the February 25 elections, Chikwem Onuoha, has urged his people to begin his recall process if he fails to perform in his first six months in the green chamber of the national assembly if elected.

Onuoha who spoke on Sunday when he had an interface with the LP executive members in the federal constituency, said that he was routing to go to the national assembly in order to give the federal constituency a face lift.

According to him, the federal constituency had suffered under representation and currently marginalised in development indices in the state.

He said that the LP had come to rescue Nigeria from the bad governance which Peoples Democratic Party and All Progressives Congress had subjected it to.

Onuoha described LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi as the “political Messiah” of the country.

The house of representatives hopeful said ” I have come to serve like Peter Obi. I am prepaid and I have all it takes to give Okigwe North a face lift. Recall me if in my first six months I fail to perform. Okigwe North has suffered. Misrepresentation has bedeviled our people. It is time to give me the privilege to rewrite the wrongs in our federal constituency.”
