Ugiri clan in Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State has endorsed the candidacy of chief Chikwem Onuoha, the candidate of the Labour Party for Okigwe North Federal Constituency election.
Speaking during an occasion of Chikwem Onuoha’s endorse, Eze Jude Onyenagbaro who is the chairman of Ugiri clan traditional rulers council, said that Chikwem Onuoha has distinguished him public leadership.
The traditional rulers said that the people of Ugiri would vote for Chikwem Onuoha because of his track record of achievements and capacity deliver if elected.
The monarch said that Ugiri clan had accessed all the candidates in the race and found Chikwem Onuoha as the best hence his endorsement.
Praying for Chikwem Onuoha to succeed, the monarch said that he would win landslide in the clan and beyond.
Responding, Chikwem Onuoha said that he was happy that he had received the blessings and endorsement of the people of Ugiri.
The Labour Party candidate said that he would deliver if elected in the house of representatives.
