I am committed to Mbaike’s development, says APC’s candidate

The candidate of the All Progressives Congress for this weekend’s supplementary election in Mbaitoli/ Federal (Mbaike) federal constituency of Imo State, Akarachi Amadi, has said that he is committed to the development of the area.

Amadi said that his desire to improve the economic and social well-being of the people of the federal constituency inspired him to seek the highest political position in the federal constituency.

Speaking in Owerri, the state capital ahead of the supplementary election, Amadi said that he is desirous of winning the election so that he would scale up the level of development in Mbaitoli/ Ikeduru Federal Constituency.

The APC candidate said that he had shown huge capacity by undertaking projects even when he had not won the election.

Amadi said that the development showed that he would do better if elected as his peoples representative.

He said ” I am desirous of winning this election. While we are campaigning, I have shown capacity. We have undertaken a number of projects in the process. We have been able to electrify communities that have been in total darkness for years.”
